Integrations

Five integrations are live: QuickBooks Online for accounting, HubSpot and Zoho CRM for pipeline data, Triple Whale for marketing attribution, and Chargebee for subscription billing. Once connected, data syncs automatically, so dashboards, reports, and forecasts stay current without manual exports or CSV gymnastics.

Not yet. Xero is on the integrations roadmap alongside Salesforce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Stripe, Gusto, Rippling, Mercury, Plaid, and Google Sheets. You can start a trial now and run on QuickBooks Online or CSV/Excel uploads in the meantime.

Accounting connections use secure, read-only OAuth. You authorize the connection once on the integration hub, and FinTel syncs transactions, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow data continuously. Accounting connections are read-only: FinTel pulls your data but never posts or changes anything in your books. The one exception is optional CRM write-back for HubSpot revenue data, which is off unless you turn it on.

Use the universal CSV/Excel upload. Document Intelligence parses budgets, CRM exports, payroll reports, meeting notes, and contracts, then makes the data available to dashboards, forecasts, and AI chat. Many firms run their whole workflow on QuickBooks Online plus file uploads while waiting for additional native integrations.

Yes. The Revenue Model blends CRM pipeline, marketing attribution, subscription billing, and accounting actuals into one revenue forecast, and AI chat can answer questions that span sources, such as comparing ad spend to closed revenue. Unified context is the point of the integration hub: one AI with full context, not siloed connectors.
